HIGH SCHOOL ALL AMERICAN WR2019 COLLEGE FOOTBALL RECRUITING
Julius Monroe out of Justin F. Kimball High School, TX is one of the most explosive wide receivers you will witness on tape. He is so quick and nimble, that he is able to turn his body up field after the catch so quickly that is often extremely hard to gauge for tacklers. Julius has received FCS interest from Cornell thus far and also D2 Football powerhouse West Texas A & M, as he will bring a college football team the skill set of a Antonio Brown, if given the opportunity.
SPEED KILLS
With the many changes in College Football Today, one thing remains consistent and that is that speed kills an over-pursing defense, while also creating big plays.
As you will see in Monroe's 2019 highlights below, he catches the football cleanly and is able to create separation from defensive backs quite easily with his extreme quickness. His game changing speed is very visible on tape and Julius has been clocked at 4.45 in the 40 yard dash. When you watch him catch a bubble screen at 1:26 into his highlights below, you will see what appears to be a ghost, as Julius catches the ball at the 10 yard line and whisks into the end-zone unscathed in a blink of eye. If the ball is thrown more abruptly in a college style scheme, there is no telling the numbers that Julius could put up at wide receiver at the next level. I am excited to coach this exciting receiver out of the great state of Texas in the 2019 College Football Today All-American Bowl in Addison,Texas the weekend of January 18th-20th!
BEST WIDE RECEIVER IN THE NFL
Comparing the best wide receiver in the NFL today to the up and coming 2019 Wide Receiver recruit Julius Monroe, you can see what Monroe could become in the near future with his skill set. Antonio Brown stands at 5'10, 186lbs and was the second best player in all of the League according to the NFL network. He uses the same types of movements and is able to escape tight quarters instantly with his uncanny agility. Brown was told he was not big enough to play College Football and proves that speed, combined with great vision is certainly a killer at all levels of football today.

Scout Trout Football
Growing up in South Jersey, ever since the 8th grade, I was throwing 4-5 touchdowns a contest before being wrapped around a pole at around 80 MPH, which completely upended my "process." Suffering a traumatic brain injury, I was placed on home school for the spring semester of my sophomore year and transferred to Gloucester Catholic, where we had a below average QB in my class. Being a transfer and not in the "inner circle" of "drinking buddies", I was moved to Fullback to blast my still not healed frontal lobe into linebackers as a lead blocker for another below average running back. When they needed to move the football, they knew where to find me, and as usual, I found a way to still be successful in primarily a blocking role. Since our QB could not get the ball downfield very far, he was finding me out in the flats, after selling block on an ISO or POWER play, which is all we ever ran.
Rivals Football Recruiting![]()
My high school years were not easy as a TOP rated player on Rivals.com and the hatred still spews from that area to this day. Luckily, through vast studies of the human mind and brain, I have been able to develop my own process that has made me capable of leadership and almost anything I want with a football. When I release a 75-yard bomb on the beach, I do not even question if it will be close, as it is usually finding the trash can, through intense winds. But let's get into the mentality it takes to achieve this standard of play and living. Youth Football and High School Football needs to be evaluated more intuitively, as far as brain damage is concerned in our youth. This creates a dysfunctional human being in the end and one that turns to drugs, alcohol and violence as a way to cope with the mental anguish of slamming their not yet developed brains into another's skull, time and time again. Being taught that this is the man's way of doing things in the most barbaric of natures. I pray for the young men who are tormented with early CTE and players like Mike Webster (R.I.P) everyday. But what if you could re-wire it all to work masterfully once again? Do you not think this would benefit our society and the ball players more in the end? Bringing them back from those deep dark places can not only save the game of football, but we can learn how it can be avoided. Each athlete has a choice, a choice to do things the right way or do things the way "everybody" else is. Creating S.T.E.P-eration in the end, means not only developing your process, but refining it until it is deemed a masterpiece and cannot be defeated.

Jayden Machado had unbelievable stats this season that can be found on CCCAA football's website, as he was able to throw for 2,798 yards with 24 touchdowns and only 10 interceptions on the season. He finished the season with a QB efficiency rating of 153.5 and has had the likes of Minnesota, Oregon State, Montana State and South Dakota State express major interest in his services this coming year. This first team All-Conference QB shows great ability maneuvering in the pocket and throws a very nice deep ball that gives his receiver the ability to create separation. He throws his receivers open, "to a spot", extremely well and can make all of the throws needed at the next level. He shows excellent body weight transition when throwing the deep ball and his overall throwing motion appears effortless when delivering beautiful dimes downfield. He shows dynamic dual-threat capabilities in his last second heroics in Sacramento City College's bowl game, as seen on the 2nd play of his highlights below, where he fearlessly leaps over the defender for the score in thrilling fashion. When you watch Jayden move in the pocket, he is able to avoid pressure consistently and deliver uncanny passes on the run. Some of his sideline passes are the best I have seen at fitting the ball into the tightest of windows feasible and it appears we have a young man taking a similar path as the great Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers.
Aaron Rodgers
Aaron Rodgers almost quit football after being in a under recruited area and now is known as one of the best Quarterbacks in the NFL. He did not take his current situation as his final outcome and refused to accept what others' opinions of him were. I see many of the same similarities in the style of play in Jayden, as a version of Aaron Rodgers. Both are able to avoid pressure and overcome daily obstacles that are needed to excel at the highest levels of the game of football.

Greatest NFL Games On Christmas
Article Re-Cycled from Christmas 2016! You see why we started College Football Today! - Note - We had no editor back then.
![]()
As families gather across the country to celebrate the holidays and to bring in the New Years, I wanted to highlight some of the NFL and College Footballs greatest Christmas Eve/Day games! This is the first time the NFL has scheduled a Christmas game in 5 years. The longest football game ever was played on Christmas day, as the Kansas City Chiefs hosted the Miami Dolphins in the AFC Divisional game, which lasted 82 minutes! There was 14 Hall of Famers who took part in this contest like Dan Shula, Hank Stram, Bob Griese and Len Dawson. This day thou belonged to Ed Podolak, who had 350 all purpose yards. This is a NFL record that still stands to this day, as far as the playoffs are concerned. Miami was able to win the game and advance in the Playoffs, to be booted later down the road. They were able to bounce back pretty well thou, with the season they had in 72! Also in 1971, The Dallas Cowboys played the Minnesota Vikings in a Divisional Playoff match-up! The weather was a major concern and Bob Hayes finally got to see snow! The Cowboys were able to win despite the terrible weather, with a score of 20-12! Bob Hayes is pictured below getting to see this amazing snow! Wish we could marvel at all of God's creations in such a way as Mr.Hayes did. They went on to get defeated by the storied Johnny Unitas and the Colts. In 1989, The NFL returned to Christmas, where the Vikings prevailed over the Bengals on a late Monday night game. The Dallas Cowboys played on Christmas day in 1995 and also won the Super Bowl that season. The NFL has a full slate of Christmas eve and Day games, that will give us something to stay tuned into, for the Celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ. I also would like to say Terry Bradshaw should keep quiet, Mike Tomlin is one of the best coaches in the NFL and will go down with the likes of Chuck Noll. But he is just a Cheerleader and he is just really nice. Fox needs to check Terry Bradshaw and his thought process, because last time I checked the NFL is about winning! Mike Tomlin has done nothing but produce wins and was the fastest coach ever to 100 wins, in Steeler history. Let's move to College Football, Somehow they got to sneak the Hawaii Bowl in tonight at 8:00 PM. This match up will be between Hawaii and Middle Tennessee State and what a awesome trip for Coach Franklin and his young men to take! I never understood why Hawaii always ends up in the Hawaii bowl thou? There was a Pototo Bowl played on Thursday night and it was a shootout! I just want to ask Colorado State what part of the Campus they decided to leave the Defense at, in Fort Collins. Big congrats to Idaho for winning 61-50 and turning around a winless program. Navy lost in the Armed Forces bowl to a non "Armed forces" team in Lousiana Tech! That is a very good win for LA Tech going into the heavy recruiting season! Ohio went down to Troy in the Dollar General Bowl, in my opinion they need a new sponsor (Scout Trout Bowl?). I hope you enjoy Scout Trout's favorite Holiday and remember why we celebrate. This is not about gifts, this is not about Football, this is about the Birth of the man who died on the cross for your sins. So that you may have eternal life, if you so choose. MERRY CHRISTMAS! We will highlight more of this Football madness here, as the Bowl Season gets intense!
2019 NCAA Football Recruiting
Updated article from 3/26/2018 on the NCAA Football Recruiting Periods and how the work.
NCAA Football Recruiting Periods"Will you explode into pieces or form into a diamond out of the rough?"![]()
This quote has played an intricate role in my life and has made me question how much "pressure" one can withstand before becoming an exploding pipe, instead of a beautifully formed diamond. Creating an equal path to a destination that is sought after by many is never the case in today's society.
In football, the pressure comes in many obvious forms on the football field, but what about off the field?
This is the part that keeps most high school football players from being recruited at the level their athletics portray on video. This is the part that separates a recruiting board when they start with a range of prospects that coaches/scouts found in their respective recruiting regions. So let's say their are 8 regions that are being scouted and the regions are regions of the USA, like Southwest or Northwest. Each Scout could like 3 or 4 players at one position from each region, and they will bring them back to the office with full reports on all of the athletes vital information. So in essence, there could be 25-30 players at each position now on the college staffs recruiting boards. This is where you MUST know your NCAA recruiting calendar and the timelines set forth for coaches to evaluate you for their programs.
