Top 2020 OL recruit Andrew Cervantes has been progressing at a very fast rate in terms of a college football OL recruit and can be seen below at the NAIA showcase that was held in Texas. Andrew has been training immensely on his quickness and conditioning, and Coach Cruz is really starting to like what he sees in Andrew's game.
Andrew shows a lot of versatility and athleticism in the way he plays. On run plays he is one of the few OL that I see holding their blocks all the way downfield, through the end of the play. He is great at creating separation and gaining control of the defender, then lowering his pads and finishing the block. Marion also is one of the strongest linemen in the nation according to his weight room stats, as well as the Power Ball.
