Cochrane is able to set the edge and disengage from blocks rapidly while promptly locating the opposing ball carrier to make bone crushing & very sure tackles. His brute strength and quick reflexes allow him to extend the edge as he exhibits excellent technique when battling with opposing tackles to keep their hands at bay. Hayes Cochrane possesses a relentless motor and high energy level on every snap & is capable of consistently tracking ball carriers down with his outstanding lateral agility and quickness.
