Football Scouting EvaluationWhen performing a football scouting evaluation on an athlete for the first time in person, it is very easy to identify what areas they need help in, based off of the football combine and college football drills. My goal is to find what offensive or defensive scheme the student-athlete would flourish in and then positively reinforce this to the athlete's physique. For example, Jacob Hall was a 5'10,215lb center at West Portsmouth High School in Ohio. After Jacob ran a 4.9, 40 yard dash and showed stellar hands in the passing game, this magnificent blocker was converted to fullback and received over 20 offers by the conclusion of his recruitment. Jacob fell in love with Cincinnati Christian and was able to bench press 225lbs 16 times, after working out in 100 degree the entire afternoon.

Football Skills TrainingFootball Skills Training at Scout Trout Elite LLC - Having my pipeline program attached to my training, helps athletes to not only gain exposure of their game footage. But this also helps track positive results in a prospects athletics, which can also shed light on a prospects work ethic and coach-ability. Athletes like Jimmy Bates (seen above), made tremendous strides, not only in their athletics, but also have developed very high football IQ's/Self-Awareness in many areas needed to excel at the next level. Being a visual learner myself and still young enough to show our athletes the proper technique at a high level, I have found coaching and building these highly receptive young men is very easy and many of these techniques should be used throughout education.
