LB Shane Perry Barton College Holly Springs HS (NC) 5'10,200LBS GPA - 2.91 SAT - 940 Player Notes - Shane Perry is one of the top 2020 LB recruits in the nation and had 138 tackles this past season. He plays the pass extremely well and is a total package linebacker for Holly Springs High School in North Carolina. Perry is very aggressive in the run game and can be seen flying into the backfield to make sure tackles on ball carriers. This 2019-2020 All-American LB has one of the best bodies of work on the field and we will be adding him to our national recruit rankings at College Football Today. He creates an immediate push off the line and uses great technique to deliver pancake blocks for Holly Springs HS football. Hunter is a tenacious monster in the trenches and is a an extremely well-rounded student-athlete that will anchoring the interior line in the 2020 College Football Today All-American Bowl in Memphis,TN! OL CJ Brown Kilgore JuCo Kilgore HS (TX) 6'0,290LBS GPA - 2.9 ACT - 17 Player Notes - CJ Brown is a very athletic and punishing OG recruit out of Kilgore HS in Texas, who has committed to playing in the College Football Today HS All-American Bowl. Brown uses his leverage very well and is able to manhandle interior linemen. He is also very good at getting to the second level of the defense and shows great quickness for his size. CJ does not give up on blocks and keeps his feet motoring to brutally finish off his opponents. I love the tenacity this young man brings to the interior line at the next level and am extremely pleased he will be making the trip to Memphis this coming January. OL/DL Kenyon McCou Class of 2020 Dosoto Central (MS) 6'3,315LBS GPA - 3.23 ACT - 20 Committed EMCC Player Notes - McCou is a dominant force on the interior line and is one of the strongest recruits I have seen on tape in the 2020 recruiting class. KJ is quick off the football for his stature and is able to move opponents per play design with tenacity. He is a very well-rounded linemen and can fit many offensive, as well as defensive schemes when watching how well he battles in the trenches. KJ also is great at getting to the second level of a defense and shows D1 potential as a pulling guard. In talking with McCou, I am am extremely excited to watch him play in Memphis,TN at the 2020 High School All-American Bowl. He is a guy who can play on a big time college offense or defensive line, at an early age with his outstanding strength and knowledge of the game. LS Jarrett Steele Pittsburg State Coffeyville CC (KS) 5'11,235LBS GPA - 3.3 Player Notes By Coach Jamie Kohl of Kohls Kicking. "Jarrett did very well at the Spring Texas Showcase. He scored on 10 of 12 long snaps and had an average snap time of .68 seconds. He showed great consistency on his long snaps but will benefit from more consistency on his short snaps. Jarrett showed great abilities by jumping 9',1" during the broad jump and running a 4.38 second pro agility." LS/DE Hunter Sims Copiah-Lincoln Dear Creek HS (MS) 6'2,215LBS GPA - 3.2 ACT - 22 Player Notes - Hunter Sims has outstanding potential as a long snapper at the next level and has outstanding game film from his years at Dear Creek HS. Sims recently attended an NKR camp where he was selected as a College Football Today All-American Bowl Long Snapper! Sims snaps the football with velocity, accuracy and is able to get downfield in a hurry on punt coverage. Hunter will be a valuable asset on special teams for any team at the next level, as he is able to execute perfect long snaps for his special teams units. FS/QB Patrick Gallagher Puget Sound Sunnyside HS (WA) 6'0,195LBS GPA - 3.89 Player Notes - Patrick Gallagher is a big hard hitting safety out of the state of Washington and is extremely gifted athletically as a top 2020 FS recruit. Patrick is able to diagnose plays very well and shows no mercy when arriving at the football. Gallagher plays outstanding over the top of a defense and breaks to the football quickly to show his stellar tackling abilities. He fills the running lanes perfectly from the Free Safety position and has been nominated as a 2020 HS All-American at College Football Today! RB Stanton Hayes Pacific Lutheran Timberline HS (WA) 5'8,170LBS GPA - 3.7 Player Notes - Stanton Hayes is a dynamic and explosive athlete from the beautiful state of Washington, and shows tremendous overall athletics as a Student-Athlete. Hayes excels in all three phases of the game and reminds me of a Tyrann Mathieu as a defender and shows the ability of a Brian Westbrook (Eagles), as a ball carrier. RB Jalen Williams-Fuller Shasta College (CA) Aqua Fria HS (AZ) 5'9,175LBS GPA - 2.3 Player Notes - Jalen Williams-Fuller is an outstanding talent out of the state of Arizona, who possesses extreme burst and quickness in his running game. With outstanding agility and the ability to break tackles, Jalen is an every down back for Aqua Fria high school in Arizona. He exhibits raw athletic ability and is able to break long runs with his 4.5 speed. I am excited to announce that he will be joining us in Memphis,Tennessee for our 2020 High School All-American Bowl game and will have a full report/analysis coming this weekend at Scout Trout Elite. ATH Matthias Algarin NEBRASKA Pierz Heely High School 6'1, 185 GPA - 4.0 Player Notes - Algarin comes from a long line of standout athletes, as his father played for the Purdue Boilermakers and sister is one of the strongest young ladies in the world! After receiving numerous D1 track offers, Matthias has expressed his true love for football and has done so in glorious fashion. Algarin is one of the best return men you will watch on tape and was named section player of the year by the high school coaches in Minnesota. He scores touchdowns or takes the ball for big plays every chance he gets and had 6 touches for 250 yards in the state playoffs! He also, was deemed the fastest young man in the state of Minnesota at a competition and caught the eye of the Minnesota Golden Gophers Football program. LB/ATH Dylan Creech Alabama St Geneva HS (AL) 6'1,220LBS GPA - 3.8 ACT - 17 Player Notes - Creech is a flat out monster on the gridiron and arguably could be the best 2020 LB recruit in the nation at College Football Today. He is a mac truck when arriving at the football, as seen on the first play of his junior highlight's and has great pass coverage abilities. Dylan has the size to play at any linebacker position on the field and the athletics to dominate in a strong safety role at the next level. Creech makes a one handed interception at around 4:04 into his highlight's after dropping into zone coverage that will leave you in awe at the skill set this young man possesses. He is excellent at block shedding and getting to the football in the backfield and is one of the best offensive weapons in the state of Alabama. Creech is a dominant force coming out of the backfield as a fullback and can put a team on his back in the running game at the next level. Creech will be ranked in our top 2020 ATH position recruits, as he demonstrates the ability to play at an extremely high level on both sides of the football. Full report coming soon! DB Kenneth Kemp Jr Houston Baptist (FCS) Cedar Hill HS (TX) 5'11,175LBS GPA - 3.57 SAT - 970 Player Notes - Kemp Jr is a lock down DB who plays with outstanding technique to stay right in the hip pocket of the wide receiver he is covering in man to man coverage. He has already received offers from the likes of Houston Baptist, East Central and Southern OK State U and is a FBS caliber defensive back when watching his style of play. Kenneth Kemp Jr has created his own island on his side of the field and I would be terrified at throwing the ball anywhere near him coming this season, as his spring film shows his ball hawk abilities that will be vital as he progresses as a top 2020 DB recruit at College Football Today. Whoever taught this kid to play at the corner position sure knew what he was doing! LB Bryson Duke Ouachita Baptist Maumelle HS (AR) 6'1,230LBS GPA - 3.2 ACT - 16 Player Notes - Duke is a very athletic linebacker who gets to the ball carrier abruptly, after diagnosing plays instinctively at the middle linebacker position. Duke uses his body and hands well to detach from blockers in heavy traffic, as he locates the ball carrier to arrive like a ton of bricks. Bryson is a very sure tackler that can be seen in his 2018 highlight's making play after play on ball carriers in the state of Arkansas and I love his aggressive motor, when getting after the football. Duke moves extremely well laterally and shows outstanding hip flexion when scraping down the line of scrimmage to meet ball carriers head on, while extending his arm to keep blockers off his 6'1,230LB frame. LB Connor Mayfield U of Cumberlands FLowery Branch HS (GA) 6'1,220LBS GPA - 3.9 SAT -1220 Player Notes - Connor Mayfield is an exceptional MLB out of Flowery Branch HS in Georgia and is one of the most physical linebackers I have watched on tape in the 2020 college football recruiting class. He can be seen stuffing ball carriers in the backfield and using outstanding technique in the process. Connor has exceptional agility and everything he hits goes backwards, as he brings ball carriers abruptly to the turf. He is a very sure tackler and is able to wrap up very well with his outstanding overall athletics. OL Connor Sauls Class of 2020 Holly Springs HS (NC) 6'1,280LBS GPA - 3.1 ACT - 16 SAT - 970 Committed Barton Player Notes - Connor Sauls plays with great technique and tenacity at the Center position and is very quick at getting to the second level to pummel linebackers. He is also a pancake master on the interior line like his brother and will be suiting up in the 2020 HS All-American Bowl at College Football Today. Both brothers are extremely strong young men, who will be extremely hard to gain penetration at the next level. OL Andrew Cervantes Sul Ross College Raymondville High School (TX) 6'1, 270LBS GPA - 3.0 Player Notes - Andrew is a big and athletic linemen out of south Texas who plays with great leverage and technique in the trenches. With solid academics and great quickness for a linemen, Andrew has ranked as the 30th overall Top OL recruit at CollegeFootballToday.Org and will be added to the Top 300! DT Eduardo Scully Technologico De Monterrey Riverside Military Academy (GA) 6'3,280LBS GPA - 3.6 TBD Player Notes - Eduardo Scully is a very athletic big man who has great technique on the defensive line at the Riverside Academy in Georgia. Scully uses his hands extremely well to detach from offensive linemen and is a brute force upon engagement with ball carriers. He fights very well through double teams and demands constant attention from opposing offenses. Eduardo demonstrates a very high motor and can fit in either a 4-3 or 3-4 scheme at the next level. We graded him out as a Top 300 2020 football recruit at College Football Today and he has accepted his invitation to the 2020 High School All-American Bowl at College Football Today. APB/DB Isaiah Saleem Ouachita Baptist Desoto Central HS (MS) 5'9,175LBS GPA - 3.89 ACT - 28 Player Notes - Isaiah Saleem is a versatile play maker at Desoto Central HS in Mississippi and his diverse skill-set can be used all over the field in the world of College Football Today. Saleem excels in all three phases in the game of football and also is brilliant academically. I believe Isaiah fits the mold of a top APB recruit, as he is a very athletic receiver in the slot or coming out of the backfield. Isaiah also excels in the in the return game and is capable of taking the ball the distance at any given moment. LS Manuel Hillman EMCC Petal HS (MS) 6'0,180LBS GPA - 2.5 ACT - 18 Player Notes - Hillman was selected for our High School All-American Bowl by the National Kicker Rankings committee and is on of the best long snappers in the nation. He shows great zip, accuracy and athletics at the LS position, as he is also seen motoring downfield to get to return men in his senior highlight's linked below. It is quite impressive watching Hillman sling the pigskin, as he is always the first man down the field for the Petal HS punt team. I am highly pleased with this selection and look forward meeting Hillman in Memphis,TN. LS/OLB Peyton Knight Eastern Michigan Indianapolis Lutheran HS (IN) 6'1,210 GPA - 4.2 SAT - 1340 ACT - 28 Player Notes - Payton Knight has been long snapping since the 5th grade and learned from a former stand-out collegiate snapper Jim Knight, who is Payton's Father. This father-son combo has produced one heck of a long snapping recruit, as they have spent years fine tuning this well-oiled snapping machine. Payton also stars for his team at OLB and his new game film below shows improvement from his Nationally ranked workout with Kornblue. RB James Smith Class of 2020 2 Offers (GA) 5'7,170LBS GPA - 3.3 ACT - 21 SAT - 1010 Player Notes - Top 2020 APB recruit James Smith is an explosive downhill runner out of Warners Robins High School in Georgia, who possesses all of the tools needed to excel at the next level. Smith is a very elusive runner who can break a game open with his 4.5 speed. James also is extremely hard to bring down and is a very powerful All-American running back recruit at College Football Today. When watching him carry almost an entire team at around 1:03 into his Senior highlight's, you will start to see the next big time Darren Sproles type of back in the world of College Football Today. Smith averaged 8.5 yards per carry this year and had 8 touchdowns in his SR campaign. WR Tyshawn Lighty Class of 2020 Lorain HS (OH) 5'10,185LBS GPA - 3.1 ACT - 15 Committed Notre Dame (OH) Player Notes - Tyshawn Lighty is arguably one of the best wide receivers in the extremely talented state of Ohio and reminds of the Steelers slot receiver Santonio Holmes with his quick burst and diverse skill set. Lighty is also a very talented defensive back, who possesses uncanny athletics on both sides of the football. I will be adding Lighty as a 2020 HS All-American slot receiver, as he has all of the tools to succeed at an extremely high level in the world of College Football Today. QB Hunter Brooks Northwestern College Shadow Hills HS (CA) 6'0,191LBS GPA - 3.5 Player Notes - Hunter Brooks has a cannon for a arm and is one of the most technically sound QB's I have watched in 2020 on tape. He throws the ball on the run extremely well and has uncanny dual-threat capabilities as a Top 2020 QB Recruit at College Football Today. He delivers the football with outstanding precision and shows the ability to throw the ball over the top of the defense with perfect touch passes to his targets. OLB/DE Ethan Beffert Class of 2020 Hutchinson High School (MN) 6'2, 220LBS GPA - 4.0 Player Notes - Ethan Beffert is a extremely physical Hybrid OLB/DE out of Minnesota and has some of the best finesse moves I have seen in his class at the DE position. QB/ATH Aaron Swafford NAVY Meigs County HS (TN) 6'1, 205LBS GPA - 3.65 ACT - 24 Player Notes - Aaron Swafford won Tennessee Titans "Mr.Football" in the State of Tennessee and for very good reason, as he is one of the best Dual-Threat QB's in all of the land. He is able to easily hit long range field goals and has excellent overall skills, as a punter. Patrick is able to pin teams deep and kickoff bombs with consistency. RB Charles Palmer Class of 2020 SE Oklahoma St (TX) 5'8, 200LBS GPA - 3.2 Player Notes - Palmer is a big athletic power back who was able to rush for nearly 100 yards a game his sophomore season in the great football state of Texas! Charles had a breakout game against Athens and was able to go for nearly 250 yards and 3 touchdowns. He is able to bench press 300lbs ten times and is extremely hard to tackle with his low center of gravity. His 4.8,40 speed at 200LBS will only improve the next year and he will be a thousand yard rusher this season.
