RB Ashton Jones 2024 ALL-AMERICAN Donelson Christian Academy (TN) 5'10",190 GPA - 3.5 Player notes - Top 2024 RB recruit Ashton Jones shows the speed, agility and burst needed to excel at the collegiate level at a very young age, as he was able to skedaddle away from the defense in his Sophomore year footage & leave defenders in the dust. Jones also proved to have the shiftiness to shake incoming tacklers and quickly maneuver his way through traffic to gain yardage and move the chains consistently. He is a very tough football player and has recently been flying around as a hard hitting linebacker recruit. Potter has outstanding lateral movement and could project at many positions on both sides of the football, as well as Special Teams. Potter can be seen in his new 2020 highlight's taking great angles in pursuit of ball carriers and is a very technically sound tackler. I honestly believe he will play either SS/OLB or RB in college, as he is an elite athlete coming out of the State of Kansas.
