I would go a step further and say that he is certainly a scholarship level QB and in the right offensive scheme could lead a college program to the mountaintop of college football. DL JJ Courtney Class of 2019 Simon Kenton HS (KY) 5'9, 255LBS GPA - 3.97 Player Notes - JJ is a very athletic defensive lineman and on of the quickest linemen I've seen off the football in the class of 2019. With 80 tackles, 4 sacks, 4 tackles for a loss, and an interception, Courtney is the definition of a bull on football field. With outstanding upper body, JJ is able to gain instant leverage when the ball is snapped and get into the backfield in a hurry! He uses hands very well to blow past defenders and shows excellent technique overall on the football field. We are nominating him as a Scout Trout All-American with his teammate Clay Cogswell from Independence, KY! T Danner Dolinich Creekwood (TN) Class 2019 6'2,360LBS GPA - 3.8 |
OL Richard Lara Jr Class of 2019 Montwood HS (TX) 6'3, 285LBS GPA - 3.0 Player Notes - Lara is a monster on the offensive line in the great football state of Texas! Lara is seen in his film moving defensive linemen with ease as he keeps his power legs churning and shows great technique in his ability to finish his blocks. Richard also does a great job getting to the second level quickly and is able to seal off the linebackers to create great lanes for his team's backs. Lara clearly proves he was a great Scout Trout All-American early nomination!
