DB Terrance Howard Class of 2023 Queen City Collegiate Matthews, NC 5'11",185 TOP 2023 JUCO DB RECRUIT Player notes - Top 2023 DB recruit Terrance Howard is a magnificent athletic specimen at the defensive back position and was named All-District, as well as a top performer for the Ridge Point HS football team after his senior campaign. His athletic mesurables are off the charts as he possesses 4.4, 40 speed, a 4.1 shuttle, a 10 ft broad jump and a 38’ vertical leap, which are clearly visible on tape. Youman uses his hands very effectively to detach from blockers and has a high octane motor when closing in on ball carriers.
