Top 2025 QB recruit Luke Carney had one of the best Freshmen seasons I have witnessed in my nearly 7 years in college football recruiting and his brilliant style of quarterbacking has caught the eyes of many top tier programs in the world of College Football Today. After Carney helped lead Dallas Christian to a TAPPS DII state title by producing epic numbers offensively, he earned a verbal offer from Georgia Tech Football and was recently spotted visiting Louisiana State University. 2025 top QB recruit Luke Carney was able to lead the Dallas Christian football team to a 2021 TAPPS state championship during his freshman campaign, as he exudes all of the characteristics of a top flight 2025 quarterback and was able to throw for over 170 yards per contest. Carney is a very fluent passer who exhibits a tremendous overall throwing motion that is able to generate maximum velocity, as well as accuracy on the darts he is able to deliver with impeccable timing in all phases of the passing game. Luke proves to have the capabilities needed to orchestrate a high flying college style offense at a very early age and can either knife the football through the heart of the defense or drop the pigskin softly in the bread basket of his receiving target over the top of the secondary. His uncanny ability to swiftly release the football to a precise location where only his play-makers can receive the ball provides an almost unstoppable offensive arsenal for the Dallas Christian offense. He proved to be able to make all of the big time college style throws needed to excel at the next level during his Freshman season, while also proving to have a sixth sense when avoiding pressure and stepping up to deliver very catch-able strikes at eye level to his receiving targets.
