TOP 2024 QUARTERBACK
Top 2024 quarterback Dominic Mazzone will be rapidly rising up the College Football Today Top 2024 QB recruit rankings and is one of the best quarterbacks in the talent rich State of Georgia. He got to see his first Varsity action Friday night as a Freshmen and he has unlimited potential to become the next big time Dual-Threat Quarterback in the world of College Football Today. He demonstrates the ability to orchestrate the option game at an extremely high level and is one of the most gifted dual-threat passing quarterbacks in his class. When watching Dominic throw on the run and how quickly the football zips out of his hand, as well as the precision he exhibits when getting the football to his play-makers. I believe he could be the number one Dual-Threat Quarterback at the conclusion of his high school career and help whatever team he plays for at the next level put up epic offensive numbers. Mazzone is an extremely intelligent signal caller and will be one of the most coveted recruits coming out of Georgia in the Class of 2024. TOP 2024 QB RECRUIT
Top 2024 QB recruit Dominic Mazzone has a great overall throwing motion and is able to zip darts to his receivers, while exhibiting a very quick release. Operating in a triple-option offense, Mazzone is able to read the defensive line precisely and pull the football to get motoring downfield with exhilarating overall athletics. Dominic can be seen taking the ball the distance for touchdowns, time and time again in his 8th grade highlight's and has the top end speed to pull away from defenders in the talent rich State of Georgia. He has very little to no wasted motion when zipping the football to his receivers and uses his strong torso to perfection, to gain maximum velocity on his precision dimes he is able to sling to his receiving targets. When stretching the field and going over the top of the defense, Mazzone once again shows impeccable technique and whips the football with no cock-back, as he is one of the most complete dual-threat passers I have seen in the 8th grade. He has excellent footwork when getting depth from the line of scrimmage and in his delivery on the deep ball, as seen at around 2:10 into his 2019 highlight's when he flips the football downfield for a 50 yard touchdown. Operating out of the spread formation, Mazzone is able to fit the football into tight windows of the defense and place the ball where only his receiver can make a play.
