TOP 2023 LINEBACKER

Top 2023 linebacker recruit Robert Rehme has a spectacular upside at the linebacker position, as he exhibits extremely sound tackling technique and wraps up, while driving up and through ball carriers. Robert plays with a very high motor and covers ground quickly, after reading his keys at linebacker position and is not afraid to deliver devastating blows to opposing quarterbacks. Rehme's hip mobility is very impressive, as he can quickly flip into pass coverage and be in position to break up passes. He can been seen blitzing at 1:31 into his highlight's, as he is able to burst through the A gap and quickly bring the opposing QB down for a sack. He uses his hands very well to disengage from blockers and can be seen time and time again, killing the levers (legs) of ball carriers and instantly taking them to the turf. His overall skill-set is highly versatile in nature, as he could be an immediate impact player at any LB position, as well as being utilized in a strong safety role. Top 2023 LB recruit Robert Rehme is back to flying around like a bat out hell for Highland Park Scots defense and we expect him to be a big time contributor in their pursuit of the Texas HS Football Playoffs. When evaluating more of his Freshmen season highlight's, Rehme simply has a nose for the football and can be seen buzzing around the gridiron on Texas HS football for around 7 minutes straight. I love his overall aggressive style of play and he is also another Scout Trout Elite high academic recruit, who possesses a 3.7 GPA. Robert is obviously a student of the game, who has an innate ability to dissect an opposing offense and plays with the fire needed to excel at a high level in the world of College Football Today. We are excited for Highland Park's season opener, as they open the season against Coppell HS on October 9th and we expect Rehme to be a key component of the Scots defense.
