TOP 2023 DT RECRUIT
Top 2023 DT recruit Maddox Marchbank has dominated on the interior line for Cardinal Mooney in his first three games and is a flat out beast in the trenches of Florida high school football. He has the skill-set and athletics to play on either side of the football, but I believe his brute strength and ability to get after the quarterback will make him a highly sought after DT recruit. Having already posted a sub 5.0 - 40 yard dash, Maddox shows off his quickness in the footage below with an opening sack against Victory Christian. What I am most impressed with is his disruptive ability to hold the A gaps and detach to quickly locate ball carriers and bring them to a screeching halt. He is extremely tough to move off the football and plays with an extremely high motor with his excellent speed for a rising 2023 defensive tackle recruit. TOP 2023 DEFENSIVE TACKLE
Top 2023 defensive tackle Maddox Marchbank is able to fire off the snap off the football and does an outstanding job of keeping his arms extended before detaching from O-linemen. He is able to create an instant surge into the opponents backfield in his week one highlight's below and can be seen playing at offensive guard driving his blocking assignment off the football with ease. Given that South Florida is a football hotbed and he is able to move men against their will with ease as a Sophomore, I believe Maddox will be rising rapidly as a recruit in the world of College Football Today. TOP 2023 D-LINE RECRUIT
Top 2023 D-Line recruit Maddox Marchbank can be seen creating move havoc on the interior line in his week 3 highlight's against Calvary Christian and once again can be seen creating instant penetration upon firing off the snap of the football. He also does a great job in scraping down the line of scrimmage and is a punishing tackler upon arrival at the football. Maddox reads plays extremely well from the defensive tackle position and is one of the quickest, as well as most athletically gifted D-line recruits in the 2023 football recruiting class. When you observe how quickly he is able to shoot into the backfield on the third play in the footage below, you will start to see what appears to be the next big time D-Line recruit to come out of the talented South Florida region of America. MIAMI VS CLEMSON
We will see many South Floridians in the Miami vs Clemson match-up tomorrow night, as the Canes have done a tremendous job the past few recruiting classes keeping the best recruits in South Florida at home. This had been a concern in the past, but Miami has built a team that not only can compete with the juggernaut Clemson Tigers, but could possibly reign victorious in Death Valley. They have done a great job bringing in some of the best coaches in the world of College Football Today and revamped the offense around what we believe is going to wind up a 1st round NFL Draft pick in QB D'Eriq King. Rhett Lashley has brought the pistol whipping high octane offense that he ran at SMU to the ACC and he has arguably the best wide receiver coach of All-Time in Coach Rob Likens. On the defensive side of the football the Canes play fast and are able to create turnovers, which leads to the very popular turnover chain being flaunted on National Television. Freshmen running backs Jaylan Knighton and Don Chaney have provided ample production, along side Cam'Ron Harris and the Canes are stocked with weapons offensively. They now have one of the most reliable legs in all of College Football Today in star kicker Jose Borregales and he could wind up being the deciding factor against Clemson. They are going to have to play their absolute best game of the season, along with mistake free football if they plan on taking down the mighty Tigers of Clemson in Death Valley.
