Rope has drawn much interest out of the Big 12, SEC, Mountain West & Conference USA, as he has the potential to become the next J.J Watt. TOP 2022 D-LINE RECRUITS

Top 2022 D-Line recruits should be versatile on the defensive front, as there are many advanced defensive schemes in the world of College Football Today. Starting out the tape below, Rope shows off his pass blocking capabilities on the O-Line and on the second play is lined up as a 4-3 defensive tackle. Scott completely destroys the O-Linemen attempting to block him and devours the ball carrier for no gain. You will see him lined up at left offensive tackle at 1:10 into his game 3 highlight's and once again unearths his opponent for a vicious pancake block. The quarterback wisely steps up in the pocket and Rope shows more of his high motor by tallying the QB sack. Does Rope have a long way to go before becoming a first ballot NFL Hall of Fame inductee like J.J Watt? Yes, but he certainly possesses the overall athletics, size and game film to one day evolve into a dynamic athlete like the Houston Texans perennial All-Pro J.J. Watt. 

TOP DEFENSIVE END RECRUITS

JJ Watt was not on any top defensive end recruits list coming out of high school and was rated a 2-Star recruit by Rivals & 247 Sports. Looking back, that means that Rivals actually had me rated higher than J.J Watt as a 3 Star Kicker, which absolutely makes no sense. To go even further, ESPN football recruiting had him graded out a 63, as the #172 ranked defensive end in his class. Which makes you wonder what the #171 other recruits ended up doing in front of him? Or not, because from what I have observed, "The cream will always rise to the top". Watt was able to take his training, film study and game to entirely new level from his high school playing days, which Top 2022 DE recruit Rope Scott fully has the capabilities to do.
