TOP 2022 FOOTBALL RECRUITS

College Football Today top 2022 football recruits was updated recently and top 2021 WR/Specialist recruit Devery Cagle was able to enter with an outstanding initial STEP rating of 8.5819. He is an extremely gifted wide receiver, who runs exceptional routes and is very deceptive when executing the route tree. Cagle has very good overall athletics at the receiver position and is able to produce yards after the catch, as he will be an extremely valuable asset for any offense at the next level. His keen style of play reminds me of Ed McCaffrey in the way he executes as a receiving target and he also has one of the strongest legs in the nation, as a top specialist recruit at Scout Trout & College Football Today.  Devery has been putting in an immense amount of work this off-season and is about to have another breakout season in the talent rich State of South Carolina. TOP 2022 WR RECRUIT

Top 2022 WR recruit Devery Cagle was ranked the number one all-purpose receiver in the State of South Carolina and has arguably one of the strongest kicking legs in the 2022 football recruiting class. Cagle is a dynamic offensive weapon, who runs exceptional routes and is a very sure handed receiver when maneuvering through heavy traffic. Devery also is able to chew up huge chunks of yardage after the catch, while being able to adjust his body accordingly to make game changing receptions. As a specialist, Cagle is the best I have seen thus far in the class of 2022 and he is able to get very good ball lift in his 2019 highlight's on his field goals. In a recent workout I found on Twitter, Cagle was able to go 34-50 on field goal attempts from 50 yards out. His punts shot off his wicked fast leg and were able to hang around 4.2-4.3 seconds, which is phenomenal for a 2022 punter recruit. He finishes his workout, while working on his balance and showing off his impeccable concentration and soft receiving hands. Top 2022 WR/K/P Devery Cagle excels as both a wide receiver and as specialist, as he is one of the most coordinated overall athletes in the nation. Top 2022 football recruit Devery Cagle has been added to our Top 2022 ATH recruits at College Football Today and will rank highly as both a receiver, as well as specialist recruit when we release them in the near future. I am highly intrigued by his overall skill-set and look forward to watching progress over the next three seasons in the talent rich State of South Carolina.

TOP 2022 SPECIALISTS

Top 2022 specialists have not yet to be determined, but the way Devery Cagle strikes the pigskin could see him in the top tier of 2022 specialist recruits at College Football Today. He recently competed in the Kohl's Scholarship Kicking Event and was blasting kickoffs deep into the end-zone. He also performed a recent workout, which is on his Scout Trout Top 2022 ATH recruiting profile, where he went 34-50 from 50 yards out on Field Goal attempts. Cagle also was 65/66 on extra point attempts in 2019 and converted 3 of 4 field goal attempts that had excellent trajectory, as he could be one of the most under the radar specialist recruits in the nation. Below, you will find his most recent workout at the Kohl's kicking showcase in Gaitlinburg, Tennessee. He was able to boom the ball consistently into the end-zone and is one of the best overall athletes in the 2022 football recruiting class.
