2021 top football recruit Grant Lowery has a 4.123 GPA and will complete his SAT testing very soon, which many project he is going to score very high on. His combine athletics are very good for his size and position, as his 4.85 - 40 yard dash would have placed him in 14th for TE's at the 2020 NFL combine. You will also see Grant used as an H-BACK and witness some of the best bone shattering run blocks I have seen on tape. Top 2021 TE recruit Grant Lowery can be found in the Legacy 7 on 7 league via The D Zone on Twitter and is able to display his outstanding football skill, as a big and athletic tight end recruit. Lowery runs exceptional routes from the H-BACK/TE position and has laser focus when catching the football in heavy traffic. Grant watches the football all the way into his hands, as seen on the many receptions in the video below and wastes no time in getting up the field. When you watch how well Grant executes in various run blocking schemes in his junior year highlight's above, you are looking at a young man who checks out in every category in what it takes to be a big time TE recruit in the world of College Football Today.

Lowery's skill-set at the defensive end position could also be an immediate impact at the strong side DE position, as he is able to control the line of scrimmage and locate ball carriers to make sure tackles on the edge. Grant is able to take on pulling guards and lead blockers head on, as he keeps outside contain and maintains excellent leverage when setting the edge of the defense. He shows very good lateral movements and is a very keen at identifying pass, as he is able to get his hands up quickly to bat passes down at the line of scrimmage.
