THe 2018 MANY TIgers (LA) HS Football Preview - What to expect out of all-American ATH Caleb LEach?7/27/2018 Coach Jess Curtis and THe 2018 MAny HS TIgers
The Many Tigers return 16 starters on both sides of the football and Scout Trout All-American Caleb Leach looks like he has an amazing unit around him. Last season, the Many Tigers were dominant, as they won their league with a 5-0 record and finished the season with a 30-point scoring differential, along with a 11-3 record. The Tigers have dominated league play the past 5 seasons and boast a 121-61 overall record, as Coach Curtis and the Tigers look for the team's best season thus far. With last year's JV squad showing much promise with an 8-0 undefeated season, the Tigers look deep and very talented heading into the 2018 season. This 2018 season looks just as talented, if not better than the 2014 Louisiana 2A State Championship team that is seen below. With this much talent, playing sound and mistake-free football, along with exhibiting the same passion that Coach Curtis exudes, will be the key to hoisting another State Title for the Many Tigers! Check out some of their players below!
Big TIme Players Make BIg TIme PLays
The Many Tigers are loaded with next level talent this season, and Caleb Leach will be benefit from playing with the likes of strong side defensive end and TCU commit Myron Warren, along with a very talented west point commit in Shacori Williams. Williams will look to set the tone early and often this season behind an experienced offensive line. Leach will play a huge role in the Tigers' rushing attack, as he is one of the best overall blocking receivers we have seen on tape. His ability to spread out and play as a wide-out is uncanny, as he runs amazing routes with his 4.6, 40 speed that was verified at Arkansas Tech's off-season camp. The Many Tigers defense is as stout as it has ever been and will be able to provide outstanding defensive line play, while creating havoc in backfields across the state of Louisiana. With Myron Warren at strong side defensive end demanding a double-team and leach on the other side as a hybrid-OLB/DE, opposing offenses will find themselves bewildered trying to handle this steel curtain that Coach Curtis has built. This disruption up front will open up the field for SMU Commit Ni'Kendrick Carter to roam free and make plays for the Many Tigers defense, as he is known for. If the Many offense can put up the same production it did last year with Williams rushing for over 1800 yards and 30 touchdowns, which earned him a scholarship to Army, they will be able to have one very memorable season, as they did in their magical 2014 championship title run.
