TEXAS A&M SPRING FOOTBALL 2019

Texas A&M Spring football 2019 was a dreary night in College Station and things did not start off well for Aggie QB Kellen Mond, as he tossed the ball on a poorly made decision for a interception on his first play from scrimmage. Kellen was able to deliver a beautifully executed play on the next drive, which I got to witness from the endzone, while visiting Texas A&M spring football 2019. Mond delivers a quick pump fake to the flat which engages the defender covering the slot receiver, as you will see in the Aggie Athletics video below. The slot receiver sells block here extremely well and this also keeps the defender guessing, as the running back also sells his route very effectively to the flat on this play. The outside wide receiver was able to clear out the area where junior Camron Buckley out of Cedar Hill,HS (TX) was able to haul in the perfectly located pass from Kellen Mond for a Aggie touchdown.

JIMBO FISHER PRESS CONFERENCE

Jimbo Fisher had his 2019 post spring game press conference and seemed very pleased with what the Aggies will be bringing to SEC play in 2019. With another star studded schedule, Coach Fisher explains how they will be evaluating players moving forward after the 2019 Maroon & White contest. 

AGGIE FOOTBALL SCHEDULE 2019

The 2019 Aggie football schedule can be found below and highlighted are the teams that most likely will be in the college football top 25 when they play the A & M Aggies of College Station. You hear the reporters ask Coach Fisher a lot about depth on the defensive line and at the linebacker positions and rightfully so, as the complete arsenal of Aggies will be needed to compete for a SEC championship in the 2019 college football season. They will need to step up quickly in the 2019 college football season, as they will tune up against a very talented Texas State team that is led by former Hirschi Husky Javen Banks and then take on the defending national champions in death valley. They will have a FCS opponent on the schedule in Lamar and then will have a tough game against Auburn in College Station. If they are lucky enough to escape yet another mighty tiger, we might see the Aggies start to creep into the CFB Playoff conversation.
