Pipeline Program/Mini-Camp Outline

Hello my name is Merf Trout and I created this program throughout my 10 year career of playing Pro Football. I designed it to give every Athlete an opportunity and a voice to every single College in America. So far you can see under our database, we have 185 College programs recruiting 82 players! I expect both of these numbers to climb the next few months. Below I will explain how the Pipeline Program works and how we incorporate the Mini-Camp/Combine and soon to come Bowl system, to benefit the Athletes in our program.

PIPELINE PROGRAM (Explained in steps)

1.When an athlete signs up he gets a email with a link to fill out the scouting profile, or the email me directly. The information needed is GPA, Test Score (If taken), Address, Phone # and Email for College Coaches and a link to their film (Usually Hudl).

2. I take this information and write a in-depth scouting report from the web site, which now gets over 1,000 hits a day. I then build the athlete’s profile with all vital information that a College Coach needs to make a evaluation. I then send that report with all contact information to every College Coaches/Recruiting Coordinator/Player Personnel and even AD’s mail boxes. They open my emails because the all know me from my father Dave Trout’s career and my ten year career as a Kicker/LB in arena ball.

3. This information now gets shared to Facebook where we have over 1,000 College coaches that we are friends with. I tag the coaches of major interest and then share to Twitter and Instagram, also tagging every coaches handle.

4. Now this is the fun part, Athlete’s all start receiving usually within a week. We share these results on the same social media networks and create more interest from other school’s. This creates maximum scholarship monies and eliminates the school’s be able to get you as a walk on.

5. We guide you through all NCAA requirements and regulations in order to maximize your end goals. We provide two packages that also offer virtual training, combine tutorials (for mini-camps), We offer solutions for weight routines, nutrition and all football related training needed to excel at the next level. We also have a Psychologist on board from Girt Digital Health, who is accessible to our athletes to  maximize their overall potential. My reputation is solid across Collegiate Football as a Scout/Player and we intend to keep it that way.

Mini Camp/Bowl Game System
Designed to Supplement the Pipeline program

1. To maximize our athletes chances at a scholarship, we train each athlete in combine related events like the 40, shuttle, Broad Jump, Vertical, L-Drill and Football technique.
   
2. We collect EXACT data on each athlete, in each event, on film.
   
3. We then run position specific individual drills on film, in a contest format, always creating competition.
   
4. We than go into Football concept drills like 1 on 1’s, 2 on 2’s and 7 on 7, while we give the linemen different schemes and have them battle with finesse/power moves during the drills. All also filmed.
   
5. We have awards and post these video’s and results all over social media and also share to every Coach in America.
   
6. Each National Coach we have set up is able to run training for each program with one on one sessions and/or group sessions, with the local athletes.
   

Effects of Pipeline Program

When young men know they have a chance to be seen they work harder, study harder and are better overall people. It keeps them away from gangs and the brutal system we have in place today. Also this will produce more wins and a better overall atmosphere for your program. I believe every athlete deserves a shot and I will continue to develop unique systems to make this happen.
