With great overall football instincts, much like the great Sam Mills, who played with my father for the USFL Stars. Jaylon shows very good agility and is very quick to the football, as a LB and creates turnovers for the Brandon High School defense. On the second play of Jaylon's highlight's, he is able to make a beautiful "punch", at the football and cause a fumble for his team. Jaylon shows very good ability getting off blockers and has great closing speed, once locating the ball carrier. When flipping to Jaylon's full season Highlight's, his first play he is able to make a very athletic interception and shows the ability to convert to a Strong Safety roll. On the next play, Jaylon screams down field on kickoff coverage and makes a bone crushing tackle. On the next two plays of Jaylon's "Full Season" highlight's, which already has 111 views in 2 days. Jaylon instantly breaks into the backfield and sacks the Quarterback, showing his pass rushing ability. When playing the run, Jaylon shows outstanding physicality in the box and a high motor in never giving up on a play, as seen on the final play. These type of high energy players, create big plays for the defense at the College level, with the outstanding Defensive Lines being produced nationally. Jaylon has accepted his invitation to the Scout Trout All-American Showcase-Game and I am excited to see him in Mobile, Alabama, on January 27th-28th!
