Jaquan Dear is a very explosive defensive back, who is able to diagnose plays very quickly and attacks the football. He is a extremely good tackler, as shown above and is able to even get a Quarterback sack, at around :35 seconds into his highlight's. This very hard hitting defensive back, shows great technique while tackling and is able to come up and really deliver punishing blows to receivers and backs alike. He shows great coverage ability and is able to get a interception, later in his film, at around 1:05 into his stellar highlight's. I really like Jaquan as a Safety, at the next level, as he is able to play zone coverage extremely well as the last line of defense and is very valuable in the TRENCHES! Dear will be suiting up for Team South and I will be moving him to Safety, as he will be playing some Corner, as well. Congrats on being selected a Scout Trout All-American and I will see you in Prichard, Alabama at the 2018 Scout Trout All-American Bowl!
