Frost got selected for my Scout Trout All-American game out of Meadowdale High School in Dayton, Ohio. I was able to meet up with Frost and his other All-American teammate Donald Adkins, as they showed great overall grit and toughness in being able to handle the adverse conditions of nearly 10 degrees and a blustering wind chill. They both ran great routes on a snow covered field, and Frost was able to demonstrate superior hands for such a big young man. Frost is very quick off the line as a defensive tackle and proves to be a very effective pulling guard. With the ability to line up either at the tight end/fullback or on either side of the ball on the line for the Scout Trout All-American Team North roster, we will be moving him around and letting him show off his complete skill set. With such good hands, this quick and athletic big man can create instant pressure in the backfield and locates the ball carrier quickly to be able to make the tackle for a loss. I was very impressed with Frost's overall athletics, as we worked out in the frozen Tundra of Dayton, Ohio. He was able to catch the football extremely well and was even able to make some one-handed snags. Being such a skilled blocker, Frost could easily convert to the tight-end/h-back position, and Team North is excited to welcome him to the outstanding roster for our Class of 2018 Scout Trout All-American Bowl!
