In recent CFB news, College Football Today took another road trip for spring football season and this time got to visit some of the Big 12 football programs. The Big 12 has been on the rise as a conference at College Football Today and Coach Trout has written numerous influential articles that gained hundreds of thousands of viewers of over the course of the 2018 CFB season. So, we decided to make some stops on the way back from Norman,Oklahoma, after we visited Coach Bob Stoop's statue and the glorious facilities at the University Of Oklahoma.
OKLAHOMA SPRING FOOTBALL 2019
I felt right at home at Oklahoma spring football in 2019, as I have gotten the pleasure to cover the likes of Baker Mayfield and Kyler Murray throughout the course of last season. KYLER MURRAY PRO DAY
​Kyler Murray had a exceptional pro day and mostly every pass is not just caught by the receiving target, but at eye level so the receiver does not have to make hardly any adjustments and the passes are caught in stride. Kyler Murray has great overall footwork and body transitioning when throwing, which was the most impressive thing about his game during his tenure at the University of Oklahoma. With Murray being the first QB ever in NCAA history to rush for over 60 yards a game, while being able to use outstanding technique to throw for over 300 yards a game, this very crisp pro day solidifies our projection of Murray being the best player in the 2019 NFL Draft.
2019 NFL DRAFT QUARTEBACKS
The 2019 NFL Draft could very well feature the first two Quarterbacks from the same college football team being selected back to back number one overall in the NFL Draft. The odds of this happening are very rare and this is a true testament to the coaching abilities that Coach Stoops passed on to Lincoln Riley.
