Joshua has outstanding academics and can be seen wreaking havoc in the backfield in his 2018 highlight's. He uses his powerful frame and leverage to plow through linemen, which can certainly be utilized, as a power fullback. He has great hands coming out of the backfield as seen in his workout footage and runs great routes, while exhibiting great footwork after the catch. Elliot possesses great speed and agility, as he can be seen pulling away from defenders as a ball carrier and is very quick into the backfield as an OLB. Elliot is able to detach from blockers quickly and find the football to make very technically sound tackles for Forest Park. ATH DJ Simmons Class of 2020 North Duplin HS (NC) 6'2,180LBS GPA - 3.4 ACT - 18 Player Notes - Simmons is currently updating his Hudl film and is an extremely gifted athlete out of North Duplin HS in NC. He can pretty much do it all on the football field and fights for the football unlike many I have seen in the 2020 recruiting class. DB/K Cristiano Palazzo Class of 2021 Heritage HS (CO) 5'9,185LBS GPA - 3.95 Player Notes - Cristiano Palazzo has a very impressive resume as a Top 2021 ATH recruit and boasts outstanding academics. Palazzo is a lock down defensive back, who was also 7-7 on the season on field goal attempts and had 30 touch-backs with over a 70 yard average. Cristiano checks out athletically and is a dominant sprinter, as well as elite soccer player. Opposing teams did their best to stay away from his side of the field in 2019 and his still managed to earn All-Metro League DB, as well as being one of the best kicking recruits in the nation.
