Trent Scheuerman is one of the Top 2022 Football recruits coming out of one of the most coveted football recruiting hotbeds in the State of Georgia and was selected by College Football Today & ESPN Plus for the All-American Bowl in San Antonio, Texas! This will be Trent's second All-American Bowl appearance and he was one of the most coach-able and talented young men I have had the honor to coach in the 2020 All-American Bowl in Memphis, Tennessee.

TE/WR Trent Scheuerman Class of 2022 Wheeler HS (GA) 6'2,205LBS GPA - 3.8 Player Notes - After evaluating some tape on Trent Scheuerman out of Wheeler HS in Georgia, I believe he is on track in becoming an elite TE/WR recruit for the next level. With the prestigious IVY League program UPENN having shown major interest in Trent, his recruitment has started early and for very good reason. Trent is seen in his film on Hudl firing off the football very quickly and engages effectively with extended arms to create a beautiful running lane for the ball carrier on the first play. On the next play, Trent is able to turn his blocking assignment out per play play design very easily and once again demonstrates outstanding technique. I am very eager to watch Trent play this up and coming season in the talent rich state of Georgia, as a top 2022 WR recruit at College Football Today & Scout Trout Elite and will be following his progression this season at Scout Trout Elite. |

2022 TOP FOOTBALL RECRUIT
2022 Top Football Recruit and College Football Today HS Football All-American is rising rapidly in the class of 2022, as college coaches have taken notice of his diverse and athletic skill-set. Trent is an excellent route runner and gifted wide receiver, who demonstrated some of the best pass catching abilities in the nation in Memphis. Trent already has started gaining heavy interest from across the landscape of College Football Today and will have a breakout season at Wheeler High School in Georgia with the arrival of Top 2021 QB Alex Stack. Both of these College Football Today All-Americans will work well together in moving the football downfield through the air and on the ground. Trent is an excellent blocking receiver, which is why many think he could translate to a big time Tight End recruit down the road. But for now, Scheuerman can be seen working to become an elite receiving target in the world of College Football Today. Top 2022 FB recruit Trent Scheuerman out of Wheeler HS (GA) has been named to our College Football Today & ESPN Plus 2022 HS All-American team, which will be released on Independence day in 2019. Trent has some outstanding game footage as a blocking receiver out of the slot and has been working on his pass catching abilities over the course of the summer. As you can see below, Trent was at the University of Notre Dame hauling in deep balls and can be seen on the "Chiefs Coalition's" tweet working on getting in and out of his breaks. He shows very soft hands when catching the football and when you combine this with his outstanding blocking abilities, you have one of the top rising 2022 TE recruits in all of College Football Today.
Top 2022 TE End recruits is now locked for college football coaches and insiders only, as I am tired of other networks stealing our recruit rankings. I also am tired of grown men bashing teenagers, but with that being said, Trent is certainly an elite Tight End recruit and he will rank very highly in my STEP ratings algorithm, as the kid has all the tools needed to excel mightily at the next level. When it comes to upside and overall potential at the tight end position, it is sometimes hard to gauge where a young man will fall if he does not get the ball thrown to him at the HS level. This is why off season work is pivotal for a young recruit to prove himself just as Trent has on tape in the passing game and he appears ready to take flight in 2019.
